Kevin Dorf founded Thrive Performance with a simple belief: the best training doesn't just make you stronger — it makes you more resilient, more capable, and better equipped to perform and live without limitation.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) student, Kevin occupies a rare position in the coaching world. He understands the mechanics of elite athletic performance and the clinical science of how bodies move, load, and heal. That dual lens shapes every program he writes.
