Yes, completely. The free consultation is Kevin's way of making sure both of you are aligned before committing to anything. There's no sales pitch and no obligation to continue.
That depends on your goals and schedule. Most clients train 2–4 sessions per week. Kevin will make a recommendation based on your goals during the consultation.
Sessions are in-person. During the consultation we'll discuss location logistics based on where you're located.
Absolutely. Kevin's physical therapy background allows him to design programs that train around limitations safely. Bring your full history to the consultation and he'll tell you exactly how he'd approach it.
Yes. Thrive Performance works with clients at all fitness levels. The program is individualized — beginners get programming appropriate for their level, not a watered-down version of something else.
